My approach is very simple.

I will ignore her telephone calls by not picking them up.

Not say i pour cold water la... just to remind u and let u get prepared ma.

 

Cos base on past experiences if they really wanna cling on to you, then will be quiet for awhile(dunno whether they coming up with a plan or something ) then when u least expects it will suddenly call you and cry their hearts out or give some excuse to get back together

 

That's why i say stand firm and if she really does give u a call and give any excuse asking you to listen to her, just stand firm and say you are busy at the current moment and will give a call back.

 

After that is up to u le, heaven (dun call back) or hell (call back) is your choice!

I have this friend who will always call me to complain abt her work and colleagues non stop.

If i'm too busy to pick the call, she will flooded me with email...

when we went out together, she will cling to me like super glue...

 

I can't think of a way to stop her, and i cannot tell her off in her face as her get hurt easily..

 

pls help....

yoz guys, some up date for u all....

 

haha... I had told her over the weekend regarding too busy to pick her call and reply her email.

I asked her not to be too upset of wat i said and hope to remain as good friend.

 

She paused for awhile (at least 5mins) then reply me ok.

She will try not to email me and call me that often, and she really did it.. haha..

but i don't know it will last for how long.. but so far so good.

 

die lar... now she must be plotting to "mo sha" you already.. she may try to spy on you and call your mobile and see if you pick up or not to confirm her suspicion. so if you see her number on your mobile, start checking around to she if she is around.. he he he

Well at the end of the day, u gotta weigh the friendship.

 

You can simply bochup her totally if you deem her as a 'not so important' friend, but if she is a friend who's close to you and your friendship means a lot, I think it would be better to have a heart to heart talk to her to make her understand that what she is doing is pissing you off.
