Really 5k diff only? BTW, is it convince to quote ur price here.

Anyway, I m always cautious of new technology. I would prefer to wait a little longer when all the issues have been resolve, & car become stable before buying. & when parts become cheaper, & workshops are capable of repair.

Anyway, I don't really dig the "dark vader mask" front bumper. Hopefully there's good after market kits for it or Mitsubishi have a face-lift front. On a side note. The last time evo has a bumper change, they change the version from VIII to XI [laugh]

Neutral Newbie

MT is easy to maintain, but stuck in traffic jam good luck to you.

SST is more expensive than MT, but it shifts faster and you don't need to work the clutch (there's no clutch). It's a motorized manual transmission, so you get the advantage of clutchless shifting and none of the loss associated with the auto transmission. Main disadvantage is that its not tried and tested yet, esp with such a high performance engine in the Evo. So in the long run, you're the guinea pig...

SST version should be more "wifey" friendly to drive, easiler to convince your significant half. But I think you will cry to the bank if the crutch burst.

I probably do simple mod like exhaust, intake, nothing big.
