I think this is quite remarkable: since I'm quite heavy-footed plus my ride's relatively heavy body. Btw, I'm driving a A168. Anyone feeling the pain already from the rising oil prices? Seeing that the fuel prices are going up each day, I'm glad I'm not driving a guzzler! Imagine the pain of those guys driving heavy-FC rides like Alfa, BMW, Volvo etc. Heck, I think it's already quite bad for those Hyundais... Quite remarkable if u alwaes redline just for the sake of overtaking/outruning others. Not remarkable if u drive normally. I did not say that I tear up other cars. I just said I was heavy-footed. Anyway, I believe my journeys consist 50% expressways & 50% normal traffic conditions. Of course at traffic lights, I'll rev more to get ahead of other cars. On the expressways, I'll go at about 100-110kmph. Bro in sg no need so fast la... the metal for these car don looks too good like veri soft ley. A friend of mine who is driving a Hyundai Accent (Manual) is getting 14.5 consistently too... I shall not include my ride for fair purposes cos I drive a Picanto... Cheers. Silhoutte Clutched November 30, 2007 Share November 30, 2007 Hi, one more thing, i feel that it will be best that you pay attention in the details you add into you posts cos ppl can get offended by what you write which can be easily be misunderstood that you want to prove that korean / jap / conti cars are crap and that your china car is the best. In the end of the day, what you pay is what you get. Conti cars boast better ride quality and higher quality materials are put into them for safety and comfort reasons. It is therefore understandable that these cars are a heavier in comparison due to all those goodies for creature comforts added in. Peace man, watch what you say. Cheers.
