i think ard 60 for open carpark and 90 for mscp. i think theres 10% discount for giro payment... not sure tho.

No price difference between Resident n Non-resident.

just go to hdb and say u want to buy that particular cp. Normally if its not full they wont ask too much qns.

one question, if i got existing season parking at my place, and i buy another one at work place got discount ? (half price etc since i hold 2 season parking :x)

erm not that I know of, but I do know about some preferential parking thing for visiting parents I guess, u might want to check out hdb website.

I used to work at Leng Kee so will park my car near Dawson Place... I just showed them my log card and got the season parking ticket liao...
