My car insurance company is dragging their feet to provide me with the NCB cert and I need the cert for registeration on 28th Feb 2008. Many thanks for any pointers... ↡ Advertisement
Guyver 1st Gear February 26, 2008 Share February 26, 2008 Hi, You can go https://www.psi.gov.sg/NASApp/tmf/TMFServle...-II&Reload=true to see do you have the "Certificate of Merit" which entitle you for additional 5% discount. But to enjoy this additional 5% discount, you'll need to have 30% NCD/NCB and above. There is no website that allow drivers to get NCD/NCB online for now. Hope this helps. Guyver 1st Gear February 26, 2008 Share February 26, 2008 Actually just call your current insurer, ask them how much your NCD % is and tell the new one the same figure can liao. If later on the new insurer cannot get the NCD %, then that is when the problem will come.

Guyver 1st Gear February 26, 2008 Share February 26, 2008 Then get the insurance company in HK to give you a letter stating your NCD, should do the trick. That was how I settled for a handful of my customer.
