Quite a disgrace to the Aux Police Force and indirectly to the Police Force. From the video, the CISCO officer was the one who pushed the man, raising his voice and acting rather unprofessionally. They posed a danger when provoked esp they are armed. Aren't these people trained on handling difficult customers??

That MAN is already causing trouble before the video was shooted. Most likely you had only seen 1/4 of the real situation. How do you know the cisco officer had not warn him before the video was shot, and what happen before the video was shot?

It's easier to say 'oh, the CISCO guy should have done this done that' now but when you are in the actual situation, you would have reacted differently. Try putting yourself in his shoes at that point of time when the other party is shouting and pushing you, creating a scene in public.
