Lately, heard that Cutting of VVTI, MIVEC or VTEC wire and used unichip to tune,

can tremenously increase the HP up to 30 HP

There is even a Colt Plus Turbo cut the MIVEC and HP become 200Plus

Not sure how true? Or had any brother done before?

Won't go up lorry lah, just that the variable valve function is no more in used and the cam is being control by the tuned unichip.

U kidding right Colt Plus turbo stock 150+ HP,if cut 1 wire become 200+HP then I guess Mitsubishi would hang their Engineers by their balls and Car mod shops would go out of business.Think the average oil pump ah-pek can become tuners,wielding only a pair of snippers.

Anyway. With a Unichip & Turbo.

It's pretty easy to squeeze out 30-50HP more over stock.

 

So don't go cutting random wires.

Sounds pretty silly to me.

 

Don't expect the same kind of perf. gains from NA cars.
