do you have any sort of figures as to how much profit UK dealers make? I might be mistaken, but I think the profit margin in Singapore, when it comes to continental cars, are definitely WAY higher than what you might find in the UK. Anyone correct me if i'm wrong please )

Agreed, definately there will be buyers. Just look at the R1/R2 and the mit i. These 3 cars are horribly expensive for the size/performance you are getting, but yet, I see so quite a number of them on the road mostly driven by ladies.
