Where to get "super" long power extension cord?

Hi MCF brudders,

 

Any idea where to get a long (at least 10 meters) extension cord? The type you wind up for storage.

 

Bought a 6 meters long extension cord last weekend but after plugging into power point in my bedroom and "throwing" it from my 2nd floor unit . . . it was like dangling mid air fully extended. Look rather goondu

 

Any brudders who know, please advise. Thank you.

SLT might be a better option, no ERP and can find free parking after 5pm at opposite side somemore.

Buy two 6 metres extension cord then...since you alrady have one 6 metres and found that it is not long enough, then get a second 6 metres....... otherwise you will waste money to throw away the first 6 metres cord to be replaced with a 10 metres cord. And since the six metres cord and be wound up, then you will need only to unwind 4 metres from the new 6 metres cord and then plug with the existing 6 metres cord to form a 10 metre cord.....

HOMELY hardware shop at Ubi or Jurong. They have ready made ones.

 

If u know how to DIY, shops selling electrical accessories can get as many meters as u like.

Since u going to SLT, I suggest u drop by the electrical shops at Kelantan Lane there. It is much cheaper there.

Bro. The lady boss, (don't think dirty hor. ) is a very helpful person,

I get all my soldering stuff, multimeter, voltage meter,Lan plugs and cables,

electronic repair equipment from her, (I repair my own HIFi, 25yrs old Pionner la)

for your info, her other shop is one level below, dealing in LD, HiFi repairs, and

prices are reasonable as well.
