Skali is must strictly within this timing in/out, then free; and if exit at 2.01 (or enter at 11.59 am), then the system read as not part of this promo, and still charge full rate, will be angry already... Hope not... 😅 But last time dont remember which carpark i went to, i enter the carpark during the free parking period but excited after the free parking timing and still get free parking le?! Lol. You know for normal carpark, where they have grace period of 10 min, if you stay inside for 12 min - meaning you miss the 10 mins' grace period - you will be charged for 12 min and not 2 min, i think. The system is likely programmed such that the timing continues to be counted, but if the count is less than 10 min, then it 'writes off'... Think by right should not be like that, if exit after the free parking timing, should start to charge the parking charges after the free parking timing.
