The most obvious changes are:

 

1. The signal lights are now at the side mirrors

2. Back light

From what I see, just a mild redesign of the lamp clusters. Nothing special for the rest of the car

When Lancer EX 1st came out remind me of IS250 from the rear view. Now with facelift, IS250 seem like become closer to Lancer EX look

Apart from very minor comestic changes, the new facelift has VDMI (integration of all electronic control) and IMHO its does feel more involving to drive as compare to the pre-facelift. If I am correct, there is also revision in gear ratio (furthermore paddle shift is able to operate at D mode, previously S mode only) and in additional improvement in suspension geometry too.
