I wasn't pointing at their mannerisms, but the manner in which both parties (cops & guy) handled the situation.

It is a universal fact that the Singapore Polis patrols sometimes DO take some cat-naps at the MSCPs or even heavy vehicle carparks. Whats wrong with taking naps? You guys dont take naps? Lets not disturb them.

 

Usually when i drive into heavy vehicle carparks with my gals I will purposely park near them for my romp knowing that no other peeping toms will be daring enough to peep at me and the nearest occupants in the car will be cat-napping. But it is also a universal rule that only one officer can sleep at any given point in time and one jaga so I must be careful, lor

Thanks to PAP, our country is so safe that our police officers are NEARLY redunant. Singapore is the SAFEST country in the world. Our boys can walk along the street 3am in the morning without the fear of being robbed. Our girls can walk along Orchard Road fully naked without the fear of being gang-raped.

 

But our good government continue to employ more and employ young boys to join in the police force and pay them some peanuts per month because they cant find jobs outside. Our governement CARES for local citizens.

Singapore polis behaviour have been toned down considerably over the years no doubt.

 

Same with the prison service. Do you guys know that in the 1980s in the singapore jails, our wardens can simply shout at u to go over and without any warning, throws a DEEP punch into your stomach and let u collapse onto the floor for 5 whole minute? And the warden can start whacking u liao siao.

Idea sia! They sprung out of the box (maybe a refrigerator box) when the the thief is performing a crime and shout 'SURPRISE!'.

 

But that's definitely not the way to ambush the thief. It's just like those police in HK drama or movie, when the police spotted a thief performing a crime, they will shout 'Police! Don't run!' to scare off the thief.
