Have you rec'd such sms on your mobile?

"TIVIA: Play for Sony PSP Console! Q1 of 2:Which country will host the 2010 FIFA World Cup? A:South Africa or B:Brazil Txt NOW A or NOW B to 72233! $4 charged"

Beware! look at your mobile bill. You are already charged when they send to you the sms, not when you reply? This is unfair marketing....I think its doing a disgrace to those real marketing guys.

Neutral Newbie

I think should be can complain to the telcos. Ask them for a waiver/refund of the $4 charged. This is unfair marketing we didn't request for such sms, why should we bear the costs?

The sms looks like you will be charged $4 if you reply. So you actually see the $4 charges in your monthly phone bill? This is bad.

The company is Sybase 365. You are already charged $4 for a question, when your hp *beeps*, almost every footballer would have know by now. And if you answer 'Africa' you are incorrect!

If you got some issue to take out...please take it out 'constructively'! [sly][laugh]

Don't be like so many spineless Sinkie that like to 'cow peh, cow bu' but still suffer when the injustice hits them!

O.K?...clear?

JBJ will definitely be very disappointed with you, as you still can't be brave enough to 'fight the system' like he had been preaching all his life! [;)]

erm i think i saw advs of these before in FINE PRINT, u know like the adv gt this company sybase 365 which says that u could purchase a object at very low price when u do a survey with them? ya they are charging S$4 for each sms sent. the are other companies out there operate with such technics, but forget their names le. anyway if u did not use their services, just call ur telco CPCB that u didn't use their services then they will help you with it ba, but if u like really subscribe with the service just ask the telco the no. to call or ask them unsubscribe for you, gt this a few times le.

hope it helps
