Hishercar Clutched November 2, 2008 Share November 2, 2008 http://www.asiaone.com/Health/News/Story/A...1102-97742.html The law will be changed early next year to allow people who donate their kidneys to get monetary compensation from the recipient or a voluntary organisation. The amount should not be so large that it is seen as an inducement, said Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan when he announced this yesterday. He hinted that the sum will be at least five figures, possibly six. The actual amount of compensation will be left to a committee which will be set up by the Ministry of Health to look into this. when will they stop just thinking of making money without considering the ethical issues and respect for individuals dont forget GST, adminstrative fee, licence fee etc sick NOT long more we will be able to trade or sell our soul for $ ↡ Advertisement

They featured a few people who invested in High Notes, lost everything, but said it's a fair deal and they won't complain, as they understood the risks from the beginning... What nice timing to uncover these kind of people, huh? As for the weekly 'gathering' at speaker's corner... methinks this will not be tolerated for long... Hishercar Clutched November 3, 2008 Author Share November 3, 2008 another "mean test" how come no "mean test" for Minister's salary it seems the whenever the rich is in need of something the rules change but change also ensure that only the rich can afford so peasants like me cannot fight for the organs when in times of need with the rich the rule change just in time for the kidney transplant for Mr tang kam seai terima kasih thank you

Kenneve888 4th Gear November 3, 2008 Share November 3, 2008 'someone' needs organs urgently? and FYI, our soul has already been 'traded' for a livehood.. Not surprise this thing will get through. In my previous post long ago (Tang WS' case that time), I said they will change to allow transplant. WHY? Cos the elites had more to lose. They have the money, and just need to pay to continue enjoy the good life. If not they will die. Simple as that. As for the poor, when he has kidney problem, he would rather die fast fast so as not to prolong the suffering and that of those alive. In another word, the elites will benefit from the legal approval of this act. That's why it will be APPROVED. STAMPED. CHOPPED. Next please.
