Novestel 1st Gear March 16, 2009 Share March 16, 2009 Wat?!... and still incur costs to feed/clothe him???.... nineteen seventies, those people inside wear brown color clothing(i mean those staying perm inside). now i don't know what type. let that guy stay in there and isolate him. feed him with throw-way food and clothing. yes, i am in-human. don't flame me. just one of my way of taking care of these people(him). Don't grab any opportunity to bash the FT policy & chinaman. So far there's no evidence showing the idiot is a foreigner!

Tohdj Neutral Newbie March 16, 2009 Share March 16, 2009 perhaps the law should absolve a motorist from all wrongdoings or liabilities if he runs down a jaywalker on expressways? if there is prize money for running them down, then i wonder how many motorists will be interested to take part. This incident reminded me of another accident which happened to my friend around 10years ago. My friend was riding his bike on CTE near AMK at around 10pm+. BIG mistake, he didn't see an old man who was crossing the expressway! By the time he saw the old man, it was too late... Bumped into him & my friend flew off his bike. The old man died while on the way to hospital while my friend was injured. Got hospitalized for 1mth+. After that, my friend kena court case. Got charged for negilence riding & failure to keep a proper lookout. I mean, WTF... Lookout for someone crossing the expressway in the middle of the nite??! He got fined, his licence revoked & suspended for re-taking his licence for 5yrs. All i can say is he was at the wrong place at the wrong time... Acemundo Supercharged March 16, 2009 Share March 16, 2009 that's bad.....end of day i find it ridiculous that the law expects motorist to be superman with superhuman reflexes when driving their vehicle. but they are the same as the pedestrians when without their vehicle. so where is the logic? Unfair 3rd Gear March 16, 2009 Share March 16, 2009 what happens if i run over a person crossing the expressway ? will i be at fault ? my insurance pays for my dmgs, then my premium will increase the next yr rite ? sighz if only the TPs can put the blame on the pple who dash across normal roads too...
