What car shampoo do you all use?

Don't buy sonax active shampoo, not really good

I bought my sonax gloss 2 X 1L @$15 on Stamford last promotion few month back.

Hand itchy buy 2 carton to give friend ,colleague and my dad.

All feedback was good, much better than autoglym shampoo as i present them autoglym last time.

 

All along I am using Meguiars products. I bought Meguiars Gold Class in the end.

Too bad i can't find liqui moly shampoo now , it was very good cleaning ability

I went Fairprice last night, Sonax Active 500ml cost $19+ and its already one of the cheapest I can find.

With this price, I would go with duragloss or optimum concentrated wash anytime.

the older active formula was good

now is rubbish

 

my vote goes to sonax gloss / duragloss / opt

Do you know more about liqui moly? My to-be workshop is using liqui moly synthetic oil. All along I am using either castro or shell so I am not sure how good it is. I Google abt it,some said good some said only effective for first 7k :(

I only can say Liqui Moly not suitable on my car, feel rough after 4k mileage

I think wash n wax solutions will leave some white water marks on the glass and mirror. So far I had used Armour all, But the bottle last too long, almost a year liao. Will definitely change to a plain car wash solution after it finishes.

My experience on many type car shampoo and i will list from the best performance to poorest performance,

1. Sonax active shampoo + liqui moly shampoo ( i like those performance which i enjoy to use both pf this for washing my car, real good stuff)

2. Zymol shampoo + Duragloss shampoo ( coconut and cherry, who don't like? Good cleaning ability with super lube feel)

3. Sonax gloss shampoo (currently using this due to its cleaning ability)

4. Meguiars gold class + ONR ( sleek and good cleaning ability)

5. Autoglym shampoo + turtle wax ice wash (so-so performance )

6. Meguiars wash and wax ( good sud but cleaning is a doubt)

7. Armorall wash and wax (poorest which i got a bad watermark issue)

So which is the "best" if I want a simple and quick cleaning which does not leave water marks?

Cheap and good is duragloss and sonax gloss.

If you wash under hot sun, all shampoo got leave water mark due to water contain mineral.

Autoglym expensive yet leave me terrible watermark.

I always use Meguiars wash and wax but am switching to Meguiars Gold class after getting advice from bros here

Meguiars wash n wax is foamy but little cleaning power. Smell is good, make you like to pour more shampoo , i end up finish a bottle in 2 months. With 12 times car wash.

Hehe, i am car cleaning maniac, i wash car every 2-3 days........

My car is white, so i gotta work harder to make it clean, wife ask me go for coating but..... if i go for it, i will lose fun of waxing & polishing. It just my hobby.
