It is that some goods vehicles, lorries or a matter of fact some vans speed and drive recklessly. Private car insurance premium increase purely based on private car accident rate as more private car get involved in the accidents. I think most of the time, the accidents are due to without proper maintainence of the vehicle, most common are the tyres of the car. I kenna before and performed a drifting stunts at a corner just because my vehicle left rear tyre got air leak due to a puncture tyre. i am not even speeding at that time.
