Difference is if white collar kena pok, they got enough money to not work for a while.

So the idea is to faster accumulate as much as you can first.

she has been on a recruitment drive for a few positions.

recently she decided to widen the search after 2 of her picks accepted other offers.

One of my gal's bff got 10k a mth job fresh out of skool...right away sent to corp hq in europe for ojt...soon...coe no 200k no speak...😅

For tech and banking/finance, yes. But then very fast to kena chop also.

I guess the high pay is to compensate for the instability.

Fast to kena chop doesn't matter, cause high pay can compensate the fast chop. Also youngsters also very fast can find another 5 figure salary job again.
