I listen to 100.3 as the topics and talkings are interesting. Morning, 100.3 is still the best. Must listen.

If I want to listen to songs or musics, I will not stick with 100.3. 100.3 mostly lousy songs...

Nowadays i listen to Malaysian radio at 99.9FM. The channel is actually 98.8FM (that's what the DJ's say) but somehow it ended up as 99.9 in Singapore.

It has a good mix of mandarin and cantonese pop music, something we can never get on local stations. [thumbsup]

Different states different frequency. In its "home" area they use 98.8, but in other states where it is "relayed", such as in JB, they occupy the 99.9 slot.

I am on 99.9 too. You can also try 95.4 MyFM.

I agree that they have a good mix of Mandarin and Cantonese songs. Not so boring as local station. I only listen to 林灵芝 on 1003.

Song about radio:

I'd sit alone and watch your light

My only friend through teenage nights

And everything I had to know

I heard it on my radio

You gave them all those old time stars

Through wars of worlds invaded by Mars

You made 'em laugh, you made 'em cry

You made us feel like we could fly (radio)

So don't become some background noise

A backdrop for the girls and boys

Who just don't know or just don't care

And just complain when you're not there

You had your time, you had the power

You've yet to have your finest hour

Radio (radio)

All we hear is radio ga ga

Radio goo goo

Radio ga ga

All we hear is radio ga ga

Radio blah blah

Radio, what's new?

Radio, someone still loves you

We watch the shows, we watch the stars

On videos for hours and hours

We hardly need to use our ears

How music changes through the years

Let's hope you never leave old friend

Like all good things on you we depend

So stick around 'cause we might miss you

When we grow tired of all this visual

You had your time, you had the power

You've yet to have your finest hour

Radio (radio)

All we hear is radio ga ga

Radio goo goo

Radio ga ga

All we hear is radio ga ga

Radio goo goo

Radio ga ga

All we hear is radio ga ga

Radio blah blah

Radio, what's new?

Someone still loves you

Radio ga ga

Radio ga ga

Radio ga ga

You had your time, you had the power

You've yet to have your finest hour

Radio (radio)

I like the good mix of Eng & Chinese Songs on 88.3 but when the DJs, one talk in mandarin and the other in eng, it is plain irritating and unnatural.

Especially the male DJ whose cheena eng really CMI.

They should just speak like regular Singaporeans and not try tho slang.
