Ah .. hit a soft spot? I was merely pointing out a fact, and not trying to shoot anything ya.

 

I hope u have the article and the comments carefully too.

 

One, the writer himself admits that the software has been in existence for a long while. Two, the procedures are known for a long while and the article did not claim any new method of doing things. Three, the readers have commented that the software is not linked to Dell's website, meaning there is no tacit approval at all. Fourth, i own one of these. lol

Thanks for the info. Would be useful if I were planning to get a netbook and for some reason want to dual boot and run OSX as well. Personally, I think that the functionality of a netbook is so limited that it is NO POINT in running dual OSes.

Actually many ran dual OS on the Dell mini - u have OSX & XP, Win 7 & XP, Win 7 & Ubuntu, Ubuntu & XP etc. Most will use one mostly, with the other as a backup only.
