10w-60 engine oil

i've been trying to get 10w-60 oil that's API certified but no success. I emailed shell and they don't sell it here. i know castrol and valvoline has the oil but im not sure if their dealers here have. anyone has any contacts let me know. Thanks.

wasted. my lao peh used to import penrite 15W-60 semi-syn. but we cleared all the stock over a year ago and not bringing anymore in.
