Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear August 25, 2010 Share August 25, 2010 Hi All, My Toyota stock spark plug (Denso SC20HR11) got the word "Iridium" printed on it. Does that means this plug is the iridium type like tout to last for longer mileage? Haha, if no negative performance observed with copper electrode for more than 50,000km, why use iridium or other spark plugs many times the price? Many/most of us do not drive more than 200,000km within 10-year COE. How often do you need to replace spark plugs?

Mikail5858 Neutral Newbie October 19, 2010 Share October 19, 2010 Nope, doubt there is noticeable increase in horses/torque. Regards, my nissan sunny performs better and has better power at higher rpm which is usefull when you need power in situations like overtaking. F.C. has also improved. From now onwards i'm going to stick with the denso irridium !
