Hi All, My Toyota stock spark plug (Denso SC20HR11) got the word "Iridium" printed on it. Does that means this plug is the iridium type like tout to last for longer mileage?

Hi Bros out there, My Integra is going KM for 80k servicing. Intend to change my standard plugs to NGK Iridium plugs but not sure which is the correct type. Can anyone here advise? Heard should be iri6 but not sure if the IX can be used. My ride is fully stock. TIA.

Dear All, Any Denso Iridium Spark Plug Expert user can advice the differences with SK20 & IK20 ? I were told by Ric-Tat @ owen road that the IK20 is now out of stock, but SK20 is available, I'm wondering the same Heat Range numbered for "20" is for Hot Engine application. Kindly advice. -

Iridium Spark plugs are getting more and more expensive as iridium is a precious metal. Will you reuse your iridium plugs after going through a thorough ultrasonic cleaning process and re-gap back to original size.

I am now thinking of wheather to use Iridium Spark Plug for my servicing a not. But some people tell me it's a waste of money. Who do you guys say about this? Toyota Vios anyway..

Inspected them this morning, they have done about 30K km. The ground electrode look pretty eroded after just 30K km? These plugs were built to last 60K km if I remembered correctly. Car is stock with just a K&N drop-in filter.

Recently I change out my 5yr old stock spark plug cables with performance 9.5mm cables. I'm on Denso IK16 Iridium plugs. I was told by a friend & another mechanic that Iridium plugs works best with stock cables.. Any1 has input...Anyway my engine seems to be smoother..now monitoring FC

Any one got any feedback on the Iridium plugs from Denso for the Toyota Corolla? Does it help in the consumption area or the power? How much does a set of 4 cost? Are you required to change then as often as the normal plugs? Cheers
