Tigerwoods Turbocharged November 10, 2009 Share November 10, 2009 What will happen to those that have bought the shares..... do have any idea? Its a done deal @ $2.68/share (after 10 to 1) means they are selling the company for $0.268/share. In the hey days, its been trading > $100/share I heard somewhere - dunno its true or not. Fondue Neutral Newbie November 10, 2009 Share November 10, 2009 The highest I am aware is about $17~18 per share, and thats only a few months after listing at $2+ . Was surprise that it was sold for $2.68 a share when I heard it over the news .... now then I realised it is after 10 to 1 share reduction

Davidklt Supercharged November 11, 2009 Share November 11, 2009 Global Foundries do have plans to privatize it but its not confirmed yet. Most likely, those that bought the stocks would be paid the amount ATIC paid per share for as a buy back.
