Help on car LED lights.

Hi all,

 

I'm thinking of installing White LED light on my car. Just want to check market before heading down to get it install.

 

May I know roughly how much is it for full 4 door of LED lights? (LED only visible when vehicle door is being open)

 

And where do we install it ?

 

Pls tell me the price and address.

 

P/s: car model is 08 camry.

Buy some LED strips then DIY but u must be good with electrics - sticking the led strips on 4 doors are easy - connecting them may require some skill - pls pm & i will pass you some DIYers email address to contact.

Do u need to open door cover n how to run the wire n light on only when door open ???

not easy job !!!!!!!

I oso thinking of trying put the LED below the door handle but dunno how to run the wire ??

Yes need to open the door panels to run the wires. Cheapest option is jb

There is 2 way for installer

1) when open any door all 4 doors leds will lighted up....(less work simple & cheap)

2) leds lighted up only on individual door.... (lots of work & ex but looks good)

wah.. must open door panel, I don't think i can DIY liao... not very good. later open up anyhow make spoil this spoil that more worse. I contacted joseph from soh bros tyre shop , hes doing 4 doors for 120$... gd deal?

i failed with LED pole lights and licence plate LED lights.

 

KNN, ask me come back for reinspection (Free).

 

but the time/effort wasted is Zzzz.

 

LTA rules so strict.

I second that. They are good. Go look for them and tell them what you have in mind. If not feasible, they will tell you so you don't waste your money.

But you may have to make appointment with them if yo are into some 'big' project.

those are factory built-in..as for cars which are not factory fitted with the LED,it's considered illegal by LTA to fix external LEDs.
