Now with the intro of e-license, the cat-and-mouse game begins. You can't tell apart who is the police officer / LTA officer from a normal civilian, as they are likely to be in plainclothes. No need photo, no need proof. If anyone dare to drive outside the restricted hours, please be a man to admit it if you're caught. Maybe LTA did a google search and found out you drive the car out. Yes, he can fight back and say never drive at all. die die don't admit and challenge LTA for photo or video. No, they don't have any photo or video, only have eye witness. Yes you can just tell them that you never drive, the car was haunted and move by itself, then they will close case. If admit, like one of my friend, cheap cheap. only 5k. Btw, you mentioned "we" drive the car out and "your friend" received the letter. So who is driving then? Whether you think or I think is not important, it is how LTA think. Of course, for me, it is acceptable if you are still within the MSCP for washing, as long as you don't start the car engine.
