As for me, I have got very minor gout attack this year due to frequent beers. Otherwise, its almost gone. Weight wise, only lost about 5kg but gain some muscles and shed off quite a bit of body fats. For 2018, will try and increase the HIIT frequencies. This one really need a lot of determination versus jogging. I used to do dips at the parallel bars at the park but that was before they switched all the stuff at the park's exercise corner into equipment with lousy design. We can go to it to talk to people and have fun, but in the end, a gym, you're stuck in four walls, and that overwhelms me, so I decided to leave the gym and exercise outdoors, run. It's very nice to run in the parks, in the gardens. Leugo at home you can do other types of exercises. But we must not forget, that to feel good and get musculature is very important food, take protein, although we do not forget fruit vegetables and olive oil Finally, the gym is very good for the winter or summer if it's very hot, but the outdoors is much more beautiful and relaxing.
