Chickenbackside still here!

Eating the same, same waist size (maybe legs and triceps got a bit bigger due to lifting), same state of health (lost count of the number of years I've not needed to see a doctor for any illness).

Life is good...

Hope so but doubt it.

I think I saw him in hardware zone last year. not sure about now.

As for me, I have got very minor gout attack this year due to frequent beers. Otherwise, its almost gone.

Weight wise, only lost about 5kg but gain some muscles and shed off quite a bit of body fats.

For 2018, will try and increase the HIIT frequencies. This one really need a lot of determination versus jogging. Honestly, I find HIIT is more effective than jogging.

Well, I can't afford a gym membership so I do push-ups and sit-ups in my room. On alternate days, I go jog at the park.

I used to do dips at the parallel bars at the park but that was before they switched all the stuff at the park's exercise corner into equipment with lousy design. Very awkward to use.

The gym, depending on how we take it, can be fun. We can go to it to talk to people and have fun, but in the end, a gym, you're stuck in four walls, and that overwhelms me, so I decided to leave the gym and exercise outdoors, run. It's very nice to run in the parks, in the gardens. Leugo at home you can do other types of exercises.

But we must not forget, that to feel good and get musculature is very important food, take protein, although we do not forget fruit vegetables and olive oil

Finally, the gym is very good for the winter or summer if it's very hot, but the outdoors is much more beautiful and relaxing.

Can try stuff like jump squats. Try 15x jumps + 30 seconds hold. Great lower body exercise :)

Or keep it simple. Just walk 30 mins each day. Aim 150 mins per 7 days.

Serious if you daily routine and running of errands doesn't adds to 30 mins of walking, really have to change your lifestyle. Edited by Ender
