Totally achievable. He had a great body even before that la. High fat diet just makes it easier on the maintenance part.

I see, so the base already there and now just need to maintain. [rolleyes]

But i have a question, if wants to develop a nice chest, it is better to do bench press or push-up? Which one result better? [:/]

Excess protein can also be converted to sugar and that could result in an insulin spike = potential storage of fats

high fat content also make you stay full longer. thus cut down chances of you overeating....

And if you feel hungry often , you will give up more easily...

Bench press works well for chest but I just stick to push ups. No time to go gym.

Push up comes in many forms. Do a variety and it can build chest and arms. An exercise mat and you are ready to go.

:D

result really depends on intensity, you can get great results from weighted pushups (carrying backpack/books on the back), or with feet elevated. But generally speaking for muscle building nothing beats the presses.

don't get fixated on chest, like many starting gym goers... focus on the pulling exercises with at least same or greater intensity, otherwise your posture will end up suffering with your shoulders slouched forward.

To reduce weight gym is good. Racing is also reduce weight. Some Yoga is also useful for reduce weight. You should try at least one way. Definitely you will get benefits.

Diet > Exercise [laugh]

Clean up our diet first then we talk about going to the gym

If your objective is to lose fats, you should try high intensity interval training (HIIT). From your username, you should be born in 1983. Your body should still be in good enough condition you to perform HIIT without any issues.

You can do any activities that get you heart rate up to 85% to 100% of max heart rate for about half a min (depending on how much your heart and lung can tahan), then rest for 45 sec to 1 min, then repeat this for 10 to 20 times. I lose 7 KGs in 2 months from this routine without having to change much of my eating habit and I only did it 3 to 4 times a week.

My favorite routine is :

- 40-second kettlebell swing (24KG) -> do it as many times as I could

- Rest 45 secs

- 40 sec full burpees -> do it as many times as I could

- Rest 45 secs

Repeat 10 times.

It only takes around 1/2 an hour and you will see the result fast. Then again, diet is still the most important factor in weight loss.
