been on diet again for 7 weeks already. My formula is very easy..

Only eat steamed chicken, eggs, tofu, fish and minimal carbs daily. 2 cheat meals a week. Run about 5km once a week (have injury.. ) and weights 4 times a week.

Abs daily.

Weight didnt change at all.. but cfm shredding quite well. Abs getting defined again, lesser fats around the mid section. Face also sharper.... :>

I am still on it but tweak it a little by adding some rice and daily fruits. Started taking in a bit of french fries. Most days I am on 2 meals a day. Weight up slightly from lowest 68kg to 70kg. Waist still 30..

I dropped from 76kg to 66kg between 2010 to 2012. Been lax since then, now back to 72kg. Consolation is that recent blood test results show triglycerides remain low at 70mg/dL, where <150mg/dL is already optimal.

Need some motivation.

It's bro CBS Post #7285 =)

Yup - without his help, I will still be slogging in the gym day in day out [bigcry]

Now I visit the gym like once or twice at most a week :D

Also on IF - eating a meal a day saves me lots of time and money [laugh]

Sorry for digging up an old post...

Just curious, what is wrong with a high protein, moderate fat and low carb diet? How would it hamper with the fat loss progress?

Excess protein can also be converted to sugar and that could result in an insulin spike = potential storage of fats

Totally achievable. He had a great body even before that la. High fat diet just makes it easier on the maintenance part.
