Achtung 6th Gear August 20, 2010 Share August 20, 2010 If u think tours are those that appears AFTER an accident on the spot, then u may be wrong. If u guys had seen teh video of my accident, a few days after the incident, I got a call from a lady who is purportedly from a company called N*vo accident Recovery. Apparently, she got my number from the accident report of the Kia Cerato Forte (last Car in teh chain collision, I was 2nd). I was, of course, upset. I knew the owner went back to CnC to have his car repaired. Henceforth, the 'mole' must be in CnC and that person must be feeding these punks with PnC information of accident parties. Secondly, the car involved in the accident was my 2nd car. I am now due for renewal for my main car, which is an Evo X. When my broker solicited for quotes, all she got were DECLINEs. This is because of my recent accident for my 2nd car. Why is that so? Isnt insurance pegged to the car itself and not the person? Si bei sien. ↡ Advertisement

Arenz 2nd Gear August 20, 2010 Share August 20, 2010 Same sentiments here. Car wrecked by young driver who beat red light. Case 50-50 as no eye-witness. No insurance company wants to give quote, except Chartis as I have bought a Volvo. Insurance went up to $4,900. Sien !

Shawn85 Neutral Newbie August 21, 2010 Share August 21, 2010 Bro, I believe that unless the person involved in the accident is the "Named" driver, then the Owner will not be pegged by NRIC but by the car. I feel for you man. That was what I thought too! Apparently, no! The broker told me, they keyed in your NRIC and they immediately say reject!
