#3 #4 #8 basically duck walk like mad. And then #9 means wobbly legs after #8.

 

#12 must jump twice (hope the overall height is not x2 the existing one)

I prefer a course that people can use in real life. So maybe we can do something like:

 

- 400m run down (simulate late for work, running to MRT station)

- Squeeze through a narrow gap (MRT gantry)

- Cheong up the stairs (Escalator spoil)

- Bash through an obstacle of hanging sandbags (simulate shoving past other commuters)

- 20 mins on a wobbling platform, then repeat the previous steps in reverse sequence

 

An alternative is to have a 5 tonner simulate an SBS bus while recruits run behind yelling and flapping their arms.

Seems to be more siong [sweatdrop] in the sense that one need to 'Duck Walk' a few times :wacko: instead of originally cheonging all the way [bounce1]
