KL Mont Kiara area condos very nice, good investment value, condos also more secured and safer than landed. KL standard of living is much higher... as for crime rate... I dunno wat brand leh..haha..its a slim small black box... box is white in color..saw it almost everywhere at 3rd floor.. shop name is sunjack tech #03-31A SLS. but other shops oso got sell. I connect to hubstation, search & loading is pretty fast, buffering speed oso not bad.. $199 + 1HDMI cable + 3 year warranty (although receipt put 1 year) but the guy assured me 3 years. so far loving it..everynite try watch a movie or 2..got taiwan/HK/Korea serial etc.. That's why safer to buy condo than landed, at least got security guards and card access doors i on he other hand would prefer landed to condo.... condo is very expensive and i think the security guards is more dangerous than robbers.... also everytime hear lift spoil, water pipe got problem and landslide..... i dun dare stay condo in MY... If buying condo in Malaysia, must buy from reputable developers, not some fly by night ones. My sister in law bought one in Mont Kiara 3 years ago when it was launched, about S$300k, recently TOP and she sold for more than S$600k. I went to take a look when she got the key, very good facilities, roof top garden, lounge, cinema, gym etc. Everything fully renovated and built in, only need to buy TV and bed can move in liao.
