the perception other ppl have on the cars we drive are determined by the limited knowledge they have in their brain...

i also joined member... but din do alignment...

but btw how's their worksmanship for alignment?? going up north in dec... thus wanna make sure car is good to go... (one pushing factor to change tyre b4 due also...)

Don't go for their alignment, for me after doing the steering went off.

Went back again but they could only minmize it. Had to go to a dedicated alignment centre to solve

surprisingly the best tires i have tried before is the kumho kh14.Doesnt wear well (around 50000k)but very good wet and dry grip.I can even hear my engines which was drowned by the road noise previously.V cheap too!

Hi, I need to have my tyres 175/65R14 82H urgently changed. Looking for new tyres with good grip in dry & wet conditions, quietness as well. Budget less than $100 per pc. Would really appreciate recommendations with prices & workshops. Many thanks!

Any good tyre to recommend?

Currently I'm using YOKOHAMA 195/60/15 DNA dB decibel.

Prefer equivalent or better noise level and wet grip also.

bros can recommend a tyre which is relatively quiet and price range ard 100 per piece for 205/55/R16??

Thanks!

hey i using same size as you...

i recommend you not to try tyres of this price range... unless you are a slow driver....

circuit road has got very good prices compared with other shops... but only cash terms...

i understand its normal to wanna save as much we can on anything... but tyres bro... the only contact our car has with the roads... dont save on them..

cheers.

The cheapest I can find is $105 per pc at tyrepac. Out of budget.. Anyone has experience with tyrepac? How's their service? Thanks!

Dude, tyrepac is expensive. Just call up or drop by a tyre shop and ask for quote. Leong Seng , Hurry tyres or go hankook like me. Haha.

Kaki bukit branch $50

I think thats about the standard price.

Anyway, is its necessary to do alignment every time you change tires?

The only time I did Alignment was to pass inspection. [:p] That was not too long ago.
