spray chrome? huh... ok sure.... right...

Base on my knowledge, chrome cannot be painted. you have to dip it into a pool of charges (something like that). The process is call chroming.

Nope It's Not Approved by LTA. As the color scheme will draws confusion to other road users. You can check read through the PDF list at LTA website.

If You Insisting That You Like To Proceed With Chrome Spray ... Sure You Can ... "BUT" Unless You Want To Place It As Show Car Then That Might Be An Exception. [;)]

I'm sorry, but where does it state that chrome is disallowed??? I can't find it.

i think this process will weaken the metal... guess it will be higher risk of getting crushed in an accident...

i used to send parts of my bike for 'chroming'... i think the process is called electro-plating?....

Yah a lot of bengs stick their cars with chrome stickers, got different color like red and green and blue

Have you guys thought about this? If LTA says that chrome paint is not legal. Then stick the whole car with chrome decals and then tell them it's stickers, like the matte wrap. I think chrome decals will be legal

And will Indecresent/color changing paint confuse the saman woman and traffic polices?

Last time my Chrome LC kia with scorpion tail motorcycle also no problem. TP wil kaypo kaypo a bit, but ask them where is the illegal part, all keep quiet. Chrome engine, chrome fuel tank, chrome rims, chrome seats, chrome frame, etc.

That's why I believe chrome car is also legal too.

Of course TP can charge you for endangering or nuisance to other road user if the sun reflection did cause an accident. But before an accident had actually happen due to the chrome reflection, there is no strong case against a chrome car.

The problem ith Singaporeans is always think it's illegal.

FT will do first, Then act blur. By that time law caught up with them, they would have made tons of money!!!

Clap clap !!! This is spot-on. But then we are brought up like that....scare this, scare that becasue of the many strict rulings that we eventually cow down to it and become a yes man. Our paths are guided and aint street smart.

LC kia was THE no.1 cool motorcycle to be seen in!

Those were the days where Chrome to the max scene in motorcycle was at its peak!!

I am proud to be part of the local history of chroming my ride entirely!

Been there done that!!!
