Go for PI if you need loan.  Go for BM if you don't need one.  Interest cost can be quite substantial for car loan.  I doubt PI can provide at $102k.  Which PI are you referring to?  I think the best you can find should be around $105k range. I may be wrong though.

I have a 07' wish. Recently the car has some starting issues. I have to crank it 5 or 6 times before it fires. the starter sounds strong and the battery is good. I'm guessing its idle valve or fuel pump. any of you'll had similar issues?

I am not installing the roof mounted blower but I know someone installed it on his Toyota Sienta. Damage about 220.

Problem is will there be enough room to mount it on BM elegance model where there's already a DVD monitor.

I'd made some comparison between PI'S X model and BM elegance wish, the advantages for PI wish are the suspensions and 2k to 5k difference other than that BM specs still better. Just my personal opinion.

BM is quite aggressive in COE bidding.  Bidded $50k and gotten my COE in my first bid.  Heard that Kah Motors also equally aggressive this round.  It may be a case that all are expecting COEs to go up.
