PI rear suspension is Double Wishbone whereas BM is Torsion Beam.

Only 2l and 4WD models come with rear double wb.

Front (L)   -   Rear ( R)

Hi bro,

My wish is 2015 model and consumption is 12.5km/L...65% highway drive.

I assume I can get higher if I didn't change my set of rim to 17".

I have spoken to other Wish owner of same batch and they are getting 850km per tank.(80% Highway)

Hope this answer your query.

Exactly !! In 2008, very trendy, but in 2016, a time even ah ma also playing with hand phone. Why watch TV in a car.

My in-thing these days, I am going to get a Car Router with 4G.  Everybody get FREE WiFi when I roam in Malaysia !!!

With Internet, get a GPS to internet module.

Can track my car if stolen ?

Sound cool ?

But only go Malaysia once or twice or thrice each year .......

i believe he is saying the monitor that is mounted on the ceiling of the car.

he is right, i wouldn't last.. mainly because seldom use... who the hell watch dvd these days???

honestly, if you are going to cut a hole on the ceiling, at least make sure its something useful.. maybe an air blower..

DVD, as Eric pointed out.

U mean dvd player itself or it wont last when installed on ceiling?

the highest I achieve so far (driving within SGP) is 680km with 48l or about 14.5km/l.  To hit 800km, you need >16.5km/l..

I think you might be able to top 800km per full tank given the remaining 12l. [drivingcar]

Good morning, I think you are right.

To get 15 - 16km/l out from 1.8L engine is really good.

Of course, Still depend on your drving behaviour, city/highway, rim size and fuel.

I usually pump my petrol in JB and also make a different too.

From my experience, Singapore petrol can get higher fuel consumption than Malaysia petrol by 10% more.

My purchase price was 101088. How abt urs?

Mine 108k.  I would rather be in your situation :( as I think you should ultimately get what you want.  101k, that is a 7 k difference.  How much did BM bid for you for the past 4 bids?  does your 101k come with leather seats and solar film?

Standard torsion bar

yes -

For the benefit of comparison, I use wish vs a honda stream -

Wish rear torsion beam with white aftermarket anti-roll bar installed along the same structure..

ultra-racing-25mm-rear-torsion-bar-toyot

Honda Stream rear doublewb (Note the individual articulating suspension on both sides).

Only the white aftermarket anti-roll bar visible. No straight torsion bar is seen.

Not la bro, up 2K and said Free Upgrade and 1 $200 v lor ..... Anyway, just want say all the immeasurable freebie la .......

Anyway, not into the E model, they are cutting a big hole at the roof and DVD player don't last one.

I only one std model. Need to think properly, don't want to spend 3 months biting finger nail.

But come to think about it, BM almost always 1 shot 1 kill.

You cak ask BM don't install the root top DVD player.Someone did that so you either sell away the player or keep it yourself. Edited by deepbluekm

Yes. Possible, maybe even a small rebate.

But the problem is, they forget lor ....... Just imagine, of the hundreds of Wish rolling out......

The last time, they forget to retain my number lor,  luckily LTA give chance.  It was not transferable.

Anyway, this is small issues.

Wish overall is more practical. spacious. Especially boot space. The other 2 cannot even put a luggage or 2 strollers. For Sienta, you can still close one seat from 3rd row. But i feel a bit defeat the purpose as 7 seaters.

For me... sienta looks strange. Wish look might be a bit dated but at least it doea not look strange.

i guess most audio shop also have.

i went to A u t o i m a g e at Sin Ming Road. they are quite popular with local who are into ICE.

they are not the cheapest, but workmanship is good, after sales service is not bad.

they have 2 type of reverse cam, go for the better one. it's super clear even when its really dark outside.

damage is within $250 including installation. can install front n back camera together and installation will be cheaper.

hope this helps

I tried installing the after market reverse camera to my Wish .... and then realized that it is not possible to do that as the headunit from BM requires a special connector. Those aftermarket reverse cameras come with typical black, red and yellow cable and cannot be connected to the output port of the headunit. Looks like they require a special connector.

Has anyone tried installing a reverse camera to your wish before ?If so, how do you resolve the problem ? Mind to share ?

Thanks.

Oppss.. you bought after market reverse camera by yourself? did not go to auto image for the installation?

Yea.. someone did mention the original HU has different connector. Thus, wondering how auto image can install the reverse camera on Wish. Perhaps they have a special one.
