need some advice on fuel pump replacement for '07 impreza 1.6 (A).

 

what is the price range i should be looking at so will not get carrot ? 

 

got problem cold starting the car every morning and after work ... need to crank and hold abt 3-5 secs before it will start. if just crank and let go, it will not start.

 

changed starter motor already but problem still persist.

Yes. Seen Subaru hatch back STi before doing "project". Is my long time friend ( chinese ) la. I know him more than 10 years. Left car with him before to do ( few days to 2 weeks ) before. All safe. But he is very slow!! ZZzzzzz. If u can bring spare part in even better. If I have free time, I go in look for him to do my car. He has done all my Honda Civics from EG9, EG6, EK4. Sometimes he does my FD2R now if I am free to go in. He is familiar with most performance japanese makes cars from civics, Type R's, Integras DC5, Evos 7/8/9/10, GTR's, WRX.

 

Only thing is u need to make appointment and he does not like to do rush job and he is very slow!! Haha

About 20mins drive from woodlands. If u r keen, u can call him to check before going in.

Just aware that MI Singapore and MI Johor Bahru came into agreement that SG Subaru owners can send their cars to Plentong workshop and Sri Yaacob workshop for servicing within or after free servicing period (must bring service booklet) and most importantly, warranty is counted.

 

Anyone tries sending car there before for servicing? Any feedback?

you probably hv to bring your own parts (bushings)

 

I just did my front bushings at ah tan's in pontian earlier this year. He has the press. Not many shops have it.
