Cruise control only when little cars in kpe.. but like other folks said, tendency to fall asleep [sleeping]

Don't have paddle shift.. but got button shift on the steering wheel..both up/down on both right & left side. Just use my thumb.

Anyway, when power is needed, just floor the bugger loh. The auto box will downshift (use thumb also lazy LOL!)

Sounds like Porsche?

All the time, gear shifting is faster at high rpms. Gives a shiok kick butt feeling [laugh]

Even without s mode, throttle hard already kick butt, but then its a manual gearbox , unlike the others generally spkn.

actually paddle shifting is quite fun, u can up and down ur gears at the flick of the paddle. Sometimes use it for spirited driving. Not necessarily use it only on the F1 cars. Although I know end of the day still an automatic transmission for my car, still it makes driving abit more fun :)

I use cruise control very often, kpe is one of the places we can all relate to, west coast highway also gd place to use too.

TS not sure if your car has accel and decceleration buttons once cruise control is activated, I find the accel and decceleration buttons very fun to use on the roads, like driving on playstation controller in ps3 games haha it's great!

As for paddle shifters I don't have as my car is manual

My Jazz also has the high end paddle shift.

I seldom use it as its not necessary. The Auto gear set in 'S' mode will give the engine more power and can win many cars for traffic light sprint.

But its good to have paddle shift as it make my Jazz a very sporty car!

No offence, Honda makes the most cheapskate paddle shifters.

Short plasticky shifters that goes click click. [thumbsdown]

Thanks. R u sure paddleshift will increase FC? I thought if u shift to higher gear FC is lower? Anyway I will stop using it then...thks

depends, if u use paddleshift and rev alot, FC will increase. on the other hand, if u use paddleshift and upshift earlier to higher gear, FC will improve

if u on cruise control, can u not step on the pedals and still maintain speed?

Yes, increase speed can be done by pedal but upon release of pedal, speed returns to last set speed
