Actually, there was an interesting article some years back that I read. The Europeans are not worried about Korean or Japanese carmakers.....until they start opening studio in Europe, & using European designers. The Japanese still quite "nationalistic" & mainly used their own designers back in Japan, while the Koreans recognize their strength & weakness & do not mind using foreign talents (not to be associate with eFT of Singapore) for styling, & just concentrate what they do better. Coupecabriolet Clutched February 21, 2011 Share February 21, 2011 Hyundai launched the veloster (weird name) to pit itself in the hatchback market. now KIA do this by improving on the Rio. between the 2, KIA Rio is nicer looking. but engine specs? i hope its not like the one in the Hyundai veloster.
