Tomsss Neutral Newbie February 21, 2011 Share February 21, 2011 I'm driving an eurovan, on 14" stock PCD 100x4. I recently aquired a set of 15" steels, same PCD specs, ET not too far off. Problem is, the centrebore different. My van has got centrebore of 57.1mm, whereas the steels i got is 56.6mm (from an Opel). Does anyone know of a place where i can get the centrebore shaven just a wee bit? Did heard of a place years ago where there do "inverted steels" or what they called in uk, banded steel rims. Found on some tricked out Hiace/Liteace vans. ↡ Advertisement

Heartbreakid 6th Gear February 21, 2011 Share February 21, 2011 I don't think you will feel save by shaving of the centre bore to match your ride's centre bore. Please don't sacrifice safety for looks.
Happily1986 5th Gear February 21, 2011 Share February 21, 2011 (edited) Bros, are banded steel rims i.e. inverted steel rims illegal on NGVs? Furthermore, this fella's rim is protruding by more than 30mm off the wheel arch. NB, the picture is just an illustration of banded steel rims. The person's i have in mind is not with reference to this picture. Edited February 21, 2011 by Happily1986
