Cosmicclaw 6th Gear April 28, 2016 Share April 28, 2016 MI charges $150 for it. Crazy price to pay just to turn on this feature. How much could MI have saved by not including this in OMV or part of standard feature since there is also a folding side mirror mechanism? I am fine with manual anyway so no plans to add this on. The one single feature I hope to be able to customize memory seat. SE could not advise anything ....Will check when I go for 1st servicing.
emmerich Clutched April 28, 2016 Share April 28, 2016 MI charges $150 for it. Has been manually pressing the button for the past 9.5 years in my current ride, so decided to get it done. Will share with everyone next week on the feature.

znais 1st Gear April 29, 2016 Share April 29, 2016 1145 reached LK, saw 2 OB white & grey. Spot solar film defeat during inspection. 1230 moved out fr MI. Heavy rain along farrer rd, pie, kpe to sengkang. Can feel the road confidence on pie though heavy rain. Unfortunately tank is less thn 1/4 filled. Whn reached sk, warning light already blink. What is the solar film defect? Possible to share? I had a "feel" during the test drive at TPY. I was on the right lane and picking up speed. A white B car exit the carpark and joined into the left lane. It then moved to the right lane suddenly w/o signal and slowed down to make a right turn or U-turn (can't remember). I had to react very fast - check clear, signal and change to left lane. Can feel the car is really "steady". My CO who was at the back also said the same. serenade 6th Gear April 29, 2016 Share April 29, 2016 Just recently, I rented and drove a Legacy Wagon 2.5 6-speed across North Island of New Zealand. Enough power to climb hills, stable enough to tackle bends and good brakes. Very good car for long distance drives. I confidently drove the car round tight corners and sweeping bends, making good use of the paddle shifts. Many many Legacy wagons on the roads there due to its trailer pulling ability with hook attached. Many were 10 year old wagons which speaks about Subaru reliability and durability. Only downside is must fill with RON95 petrol which is more costly and less common than the NZ standard of 91RON. BTW until only recently, I was a Legacy GT owner for 10 years. Renting and driving a wagon was so familiar.
