If xiabao cannot get his forte, how about many others who bought KIA also might not get their COE?

 

If there is a lot of unfullfilled deals, then the other showroom will get higher sales order(aka avante?).

Which might lead to the COE prices can only go up, when the car demand suddenly shoot up?
