At Punggol Field turn right (you should be under the LRT tracks already).... It is the first cross-junction.. Then keep following the track until it comes to a T-junction. Turn left, and Tebing Lane is opposite, So just go in front u-turn can already. ^^ Confused yet? Very simple one. Less then 5mins drive the moment you exit expressway.
