This is the most likely case. This exactly like my brother 2 years back. Exact location, Mandai. Exact point left, 6 points.

 

He pleaded, appealed and all necessary things that can think of........ license suspended for 1 year . Can try your luck but 99.9% suspend. The reason, you yourself left 6 points still not automatic a bit!!!! Sorry to say this, but the fact is..... face the punishment because an obedient driver would not have left 6 points. This is what I preach my brother too. Now he's driving happily. 90 means 90!!!

You need to grow up and ask yourself - what will speeding achieve in such circumstances?

 

Will speeding really make a difference?

 

Or is it to console yourself that you tried to do something but could not make it in time?

 

Speeding WILL NOT delay an imminent death.

 

If you really want to be there at the moment of death, you should be inside the ambulance.

 

If someone is already in such a state that he dies INSIDE an ambulance, then there is no amount of speeding that will save that person's life.

 

If someone is in hospital and about to die and you are not there, then just too bad. You really think that speeding to reach the hospital will make a difference? Or preparing for the moment is more important?

 

Speeding in such circumstances is a weak and stupid excuse. It puts many more innocent lives in danger.

I agree with you. Want to chiong also must do risk calculation. I always educate my friends using bonking session as example. Guy horny want to bonk is equivalent to got the urge want to drive fast. It is still possible. But must do risk calculation mah, you know your char bor menses over 14 days, now on high tide, you still chiong without helmet? Same for if you know this is hotspot for TP to camp, you still chiong without thinking? We are not saying cannot chiong without helmet, but must see season lah. If die die want to chiong, can also. But must take out lah. Like piyopico said, just don't go above 20km/h. Like in bonking, take out before ejeculating lah. Of course chances of tiao kia still there, but lower mah. right? go think about it.

suspect no license illegal driving type, anyway i siam her car far far after got chance from behind, then best part is at the other end

 

2 mata bike merge lane with my car in front !!! they saw me rush from behind, they block my lane & on the tail flash lamp....i think to

caught by TP at mandai road. capture at 109km/h. already left 6points.

any chance to appeal as i know 30-39 = 8 demerits..

at that time was rushing to A&E khoo teck huat hospital as good friend's father sent to there.

Explain to TP that dun intend to speed for racing..

TP said "like you said already, is your friend's father, not yours what.."

what is the chances of appealing...? if not sure revoked right?

Ask hospital patient service department to write letter n appeal to TP.

Get the hospital patient service staff to write details like what time admitted. When, send by ambulance what time etc. Then enclose birthcert yo show patient us yr friends dad. Then personally go TP headquarter at ubi to appeal. That will be the best chance

i ever kana speed trap at Boon Lay Way from clementi to jurong. the officer said i was clocked at 160km/hr and the speed limit was 70km/h and it was a chargeable court offence. Luckily i was only riding a bike at that time bcos a few minutes later before the officer could write me the summon, a few cars were seen racing on the same stretch and the officer had to delegate the job to some junior female officers that was on duty. Luck was on my side as the female officer had forgotten the details of my offence and had written 106km/h on my summon slip. that was the most worth-it 8 pts and 160 sgd fine i ever paid to the government but that was in 1993. now i drive within speed limits and conscientously

Your fren b-------t lah, the patient in the car is not to the point of life and death dats why he kanna booked. They weight each cases. Got a fren received phone call from hospital dat his mother is dying asking him to rush to hospital, on the way got stop by TP but later he escorted him all the way to hospital. Your fren is taking every chance as an excuse to speed, he deserves it.
