Another rape case

Just a few years ago, also rape in MacRitchie Reservoir by construction worker .. broad daylight at knife point.

Not enough police presence. Lately seems the cops prefer to be busy conducting anti-vice / gambling raids. Easy pickings.

Ironically, police doing the whole anti-vice thing worsens the situation in two ways. Firstly, it dilutes police presence in areas where it could actually help these poor rape victims. Secondly, it shuts down outlets for the urges of these men who have to go elsewhere to get their rocks off.

Must learn to be wise and not take unnecessary risks especially. At our family gatherings, the most asked question was what was the lady doing at that hour?

 

By right, one should be out safe at any hour. By left, idiots who have criminal intent do not know how to read time. They prey on the unsuspecting and "weaker" gender most times. That's why these are called beasts and animals.

 

So, like defensive driving, please adopt a defensive mindset of self perseverance. These idiots are not blind to police presence but the police cannot be everywhere.

 

But i take consolation that the idiotic piece of sxxx was caught very fast before he thinks to look for the next victim.

 

I do wonder if he has been observing this poor lady's routine for awhile and knew her timing as well. And whether she had been jogging with earpiece on such that her guard was down to the point that she wasn't aware she could have been followed.

 

Sorry. Its a discussion at best. I hope she will recover from this terrible ordeal and make a choice to be a stronger person.

 

For that piece of trash, may your generation line stop at you. Such have no place to populate the earth with your kind. Please die soon with your filthy mind and cowardice.
