張紫妍生前飽受的凌辱一一曝光後，讓網友都相當難過，包含母親忌日也被迫陪睡，她若不從，據悉還會被灌藥放鬆，導致她慘被「三門齊開」，事後連走路都有問題，讓人相當不捨。

 

但本月4日是張紫妍案追訴期期限，沒想到儘管案件重啟調查，最終還是僅有當時逼迫她陪酒的老闆遭判刑，可判刑也僅判一年，其餘名單上的30多人全都因罪證不足逃過一劫，悲哀結局讓網友痛罵不公，更讓已經死去的張紫妍至今無法得到一個公道。

as i get older before i jump and pass value judgement i read about the issue and learn about the background first

 

 

the west condemns the Chinese for their atrocious torture of their prisoners and capital punishment

every country develops at different times

but look at the west history burning at the stake for being accuse of witchcraft, the most terrible of all nailing of Jesus on the cross, the single person that suppose to save the world, feed slaves and prisoners to lions for sports, gladiators killing each other for sports, Jews killing and etc

 

religious tradition and practices

whether it is right or wrong depends on their own society / community if it is acceptable

goat being supposed to had been raped but read somewhere it is religiously allowed, I am guessing because in the desert it can get pretty lonely

About the goat raping thingy in the desert.....dont read into it too much! Its an abomination in my religion. In a religion where sex with the same gender is already an abomination, looking at girls who is not your blood relations is a sin nevermind touching them where even masterbation is a sin.........so can guess where beastility would be ranked!

Technician found guilty of raping teenage daughter

 

SINGAPORE - The presence of a technician's semen on his daughter's shorts was "very persuasive" in proving his guilt, a High Court judge said on Monday (Oct 15) as he convicted the man of raping the girl when she was 14 years old.
 
The 35-year-old man, who cannot be named to protect his daughter's identity, had claimed trial to two charges of raping his biological daughter in the family flat in Punggol.
 
During the trial, the girl testified that her father had raped her eight times over two months.
 
On Nov 19, 2014, she said, he forced his way into the locked common toilet while she was changing and raped her.
 
The last time he raped her was on the night of Jan 9, 2015. While her mother was out playing mahjong and her two younger siblings were playing games in the master bedroom, her father raped her in her bedroom.
 
The girl told her then boyfriend and schoolmate about what her father had done. But she was unwilling to go to the police for fear that it would break up her family.
 
The boy made an appointment for her to see the school counsellor, and the matter was eventually reported to the police on Jan 13, 2015.
 
That night, the police went to the flat where they seized a pair of shorts the girl had worn. A forensic analysis found his semen on the interior crotch area.
 
The court heard that the girl's mother and paternal grandparents did not believe her and blamed her for getting her father into trouble. Now 18, she is living with another family.
 
In court, her father - as well as her mother, who testified for him - depicted her as a "rebellious" girl who fabricated the allegations to gain freedom from them.
 
However, Deputy Public Prosecutors Winston Man and Chee Ee Ling argued that the girl had no reason to falsely implicate her father and disrupt her life so drastically. This was underscored by her reluctance to report the matter.
 
Ultimately, the prosecutors said, the forensic evidence was "damning" and the accused could not explain how his semen ended up on her shorts.
 
Justice Lee Seiu Kin, in his verdict on Monday, noted that this has been a "difficult" case in that the charges are very disturbing as they involve a daughter accusing her biological father of rape.
 
After scrutinising the evidence, the judge found that the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubt.
 
Justice Lee noted that the semen was found in an area of the girl's shorts that was consistent with her version of events.
 
The judge was also persuaded by the girl's unusually compelling testimony. Her "version of events was given with a level of detail that can only come from a person telling the truth", he said.
 
He added that her friends and school counsellor corroborated her account of how the offences came to light.
 
The case was adjourned for sentencing arguments and bail for the accused was increased from $40,000 to $60,000. Each charge of rape carries up to 20 years' jail, and caning or a fine.

The article said the girl is his biological daughter.  He had the daughter when he was 17  :o

I wondered if the girl is adopted?

 

In conservative Chinese families, daughters are treated worse than dirt.

 

There are still sibling marriage in many parts of Asia.

 

An elderly man marrying a teenager (less than 15 years), wasn't it reported in Malaysia.

 

Is the father suffering from mental illness?

 

 

 

 

What about marital rape? 377A, how many agree to repel this law? In prawn movies, it seems normal to have sexual relationship with parent-child? Where do you draw the line what is considered acceptable in society? 

 

 

The country's law is made by man and hence they are never air-tight. The very reason why if you can afford the best lawyer in town, you can either escape a criminal charge or a significantly reduced sentence.

 

 

Freedom just like freedom of speech has its limit in any society.

 

 

 

 

Whether it is right or wrong,  for me, the more important thing to do now is how to right the wrong and how to heal for the family. All the condemning and blaming is NOT going to turn back the clock.

Four-year-old girl 'gang-raped' in Indian hospital intensive care unit

 

Police in India are investigating claims that a four-year-old girl was gang-raped by five men while she was in intensive care at hospital.

 

The girl told her grandmother that a hospital attendant and four others attacked her while she was alone on Saturday night.

 

Mahesh Srivastava, a police official in the northern city of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh state, said officers had already arrested one suspect – who was now in custody – and were searching for the others.

 

It’s taken a year, but India has finally moved into the MeToo era Detectives have also requested the hospital release its CCTV footage to them. The girl was being treated for a snake bite and had been in the hospital for four days, Mr Srivastava added.
