Sash1401 4th Gear November 29, 2011 Share November 29, 2011 fellow bros, i've got a few issue on insurance that i would like to ask from u guys... 1) when u bought insurance for ur car under ur name, if it happened that ur car got into accident(touch wood, i'm not cursing anyone here but quote an eg only) like someone knock ur back n the driver of ur car happened not to b u but someone else like next of kin(wife or whoever). In dis case, can we still claim the insurance of the other car who knocked the back of ur car? or in the case of major accident, can insurance still b claimed when the driver is not insured? 2) izit really true that insurance under ladies name tends to b cheaper? does anyone know y? ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Juz asking I suggest you read your policy and understand it first. Some insurers do cover OD and TP claims for unnamed drivers, as long as they are authorized by the policy holder/vehicle owner.
