I believe there is certain quality they have to make them rich even when they have not much education. I have this rich relative who has many properties and cars but they only buy groceries from JB and smuggle meat into singapore, they don't park their cars in those buildings car park but rather park a public car park that is far away. If getting into those car parks that need cashcard, they will rush to get what they want and make sure they get out within grace period. When they engage workers from other countries, their salaries are normally reported higher but take home only 2/3 of it. Maybe this is a way to be a "successful" tow kay.
