When will they ever learn? So what is the CEO going to say again this time? Many years back their staff explained: SMRTC=Singapore Mentally Retarded Training Centre. How to learn from mistakes? Can it be corporate culture to practice/repeat such protocol for training purposes? Practice makes perfect, especially for training. Let us hope it does not happen/repeat during other national emergency, like the floods forth-coming... Actually we are so jam-packed how to mobilise with such situation if there is emergency?
