Oregon 1st Gear March 22, 2012 Share March 22, 2012 My Wife got the same watch...but different problem...toke her watch to Bonfield (Eric)... Now all done, polished up with a new Croc Strap... Something funny happened today. Was going to Sincere Watch with it and over lunch I took another look. I push the stopwatch start button and shake it, no oscillation but the needle moved. So tapped it firmly on the side and it moved again. More firm taps and like a old car sputtering back to life, it suddenly "roared" back to life! Now monitoring it to see what happens but so far it is looking good with strong oscillation. BTW - can give me more details on Bonfield (Eric) please? Reminds me of that time, this property agent tried to sell me Sentosa condo and kept pronouncing the word yacht, as "yartch". I think in his head he imagined the word being spelled "Yatch". There is no such word, obviously. Maybe it is the same guy who failed in property agenting and is now selling watches for a living, and who sold one Yatchmaster to Thai Kor.
